True Grit

The True Grit is 27' Judge Yachts center console built in 2020 powered by a 350HP Suzuki outboard. The boat and tackle are meticulously maintained to a high standard. Ice and cooler space for any drinks and food you want to bring is probvided as well as required safety gear and licenses. Captain Peter Wann holds a 100 Ton Masters USCG captains license.
Depending on the conditions of the day, any techniques from sight fishing artificals to anchoring and fishing bait will be used to help catch fish. True Grit focuses on fishing the Pamlico Sound, Hatteras Inlet and the ocean along the beach. Depending on how fishing is at the time, the species targeted will consist of red drum (redfish), black drum, speckled trout, grey trout, flounder, cobia, spanish mackerel and bluefish. Four(4) people is the preferred size for the charter crew but up to six(6) can be accommodated at an extra per person price. Fish cleaners are available

HALF DAY AM - 7:00am-11:00am - $600 up to 4 people ($50 per extra person)
HALF DAY PM - 11:30am-3:30pm - $600 up to 4 people ($50 per extra person)

3/4 DAY AM - 7:00am-1:00pm - $800 up to 4 people ($75 per extra person)
3/4 DAY PM - 1:30pm-7:30pm - $800 up to 4 people ($75 per extra person)

FULL DAY AM - 7:00am-3:00pm - $1,000 up to 4 people ($100 per extra person)
