Complete the information on this form and your name will be placed on our make up list. This does not guarantee a trip. A trip will be put together when there are enough people to fill a boat. All boats are assigned on a rotation basis and no requests are accepted.

It is your responsibility to confirm a trip the night before your requested date. Please call Hatteras Harbor Marina at 5:00PM the day prior to your requested fishing date (252) 986-2166 or (800) 676-4939. If you fail to confirm your trip or don't show up on time for your assigned trip you will forfeit your payment.

If you decide to remove yourself from the list, you must notify the marina by 3PM prior to the day available.

Refunds will only be issued in the event we fail to put together a trip on the requested dates or if the Captain deems it a bad weather day.
