The Wahoo bite was pretty good today and there were some good catches of Dolphin. Godspeed and Citation both released a White Marlin.

Inshore boats had catches of Gray and Speckled Trout.

There were no boats fishing offshore today, there were some boats that fished inshore, they caught Bluefish, Gray Trout, and Red Drum.

Weather kept boats in today with overcast skies high wind and bit of a rumble. Weather looks to improve in the next few days so stay Tuna-ed!

Decent Wahoo fishing and a few Dolphin and scattered Blackfin Tuna. Weather was hot and muggy with a bit of overcast in the late afternoon. Some citation weight fish caught. Big Eye released two Sailfish. Bite Me relesed a Sailfish. Inshore Gray Trout and Speckled Trout.

Big Eye: Karl Sameson of Locust Grove, VA released a Sailfish. Kevin Franzello of Manassas, VA released a Sailfish.

Bite Me: Robert Folk of Charlotte, NC released a Sailfish.

Hatteras Blue: Sam Ippolito of Ashburn, VA caught a 45lb Wahoo.

Tuna Duck: Ian Beresford of Springfield, PA caught a 42lb Wahoo.

Offshore boats came in with good catches of wahoo, few citation size (40lb+). The blackfin tuna catches were scattered. two sailfish were released, one was boated and 1 600lb tiger shark was caught.

Offshore: Boats came back with good catches of wahoo and some dolphin.

Inshore boats caught limits of red drum, some gray trout and bluefish.

A southwest wind kept most offshore boats at the dock today. Those that ventured out reported that it was a slow fishing day. A few Dolphin and Wahoo were caught and several Sailfish were released.

Inshore boats caught limits of Puppy Drum. Speckled Trout, Gray Trout, and Bluefish were reported as well. Clamming was good today.

There were some good catches of Dolphin and Wahoo, The Godspeed and Release both released a Sailfish.

Inshore catches were limits of Red Drum and Speckled Trout in the sound and Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish along the beach.

It was a beautiful day to be on the water; blue skies, light winds and calm seas. The boats had good catches of Dolphin a few Wahoo, Blackfin and Yellowfin Tuna. Tuna Duck released 2 Blue Marlin, Sea Creature released a Sailfish and a Spearfish and Native Son released a Spearfish.

Inshore Captains said that trout fishing was SPECK-TACULAR, both the Gray Trout and Speckled Trout fishing was good as well as Bluefish in the sound. Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish were also caught in good numbers around the inlet and along the beach. Limits of keeper sze Red Drum were also brought in.

Tuna Duck- James Harper of Pineville, WV released a Blue Marlin and Ernie Hall also of Pineville, WV released a Blue Marlin

Good Dolphin fish today with great Wahoo bite with several citation size as well. A few Blackfin Tuna and some King Mackerel. Gambler released a Sailfish. Inshore there were Speckled Trout, Gray Trout, Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish.

Sundown: Jeff Parks of Kenbridge, VA caught a 40lb Wahoo.

Gambler: Morgan Schreiber of Pottstown, PA released a Sailfish.
