The Billfish made a much better showing today for the boats participating in the HGS Tournament! Check out the latest reports on their website!

The offshore fleet encountered another great day of Dolphin fishing. They had limits of bailers and some nice size gaffers as well. Anglers experienced good Wahoo fishing and many releases of Blue Marlin, White Marlin, and Sailfish. Bottom fish included Gray Tilefish and Sea Bass.

Inshore boats had great catches of Speckled Trout and Red Drum.

Hollis Rogers III of Fayetteville, AR: White Marlin release on Release.

Inshore boats fished this morning and afternoon. They had great catches of Gray Trout and Red Drum. Clamming was excellent and a great way to cool off in these Southwest winds. Offshore boats did not fish today due to the Southwest winds and big seas. It was a great day to spend time on the beach or in the water.

Keep in  mind that we offer Make-up charters for a full day fishing and fun!!

Weather was not as great today with most boats staying in. Water was choppy and winds were hot. The boats that did make it out today returned with limits or near limits of Dolphin. Inshore there was good Red Drum fishing and Spanish Mackerel. Hatteras Grand Slam Tournament starts on Thursday. Registration is tomorrow if you are looking to fish.

Inshore boats caught Red Drum and nearshore they were catching great Spanish Mackerel.

The fleet rode out the storm like sea-worthy champs! High winds were endured but luckily we were spared any flooding. Captains are preparing to return to sea and anglers should be let south of Bonner Bridge later today. Hopefully we can post a fishing report tomorrow. Apparently our fireworks came a day early, hope you enjoyed them in your neck of the woods!

All boats are secure in their slips or on dry land in preparation for the storm. We will be closing early today for Art's sake!
